Great hotel, chilled-out base for a short stay. Supper friendly and amicable staff interactions. Very comfy bed in the superior apartment, plus multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. The views over courtyard. Particularly good and magnificent location with a train station walk from the property.

I had a fantastic stay at Donizetti Residence in Bergamo. The apartment was newly furnished and had a stylish and cozy atmosphere. The location was great, just 100 meters from the main street with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The bathroom was spacious and perfect for up to 4 people. The hosts were incredibly polite and responsive, even accommodating our uncertain arrival time. They provided us with a map and detailed instructions for exploring the city and using public transportation. I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Bergamo. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The LED TV with digital channels in the apartment wasn't as modern as we had expected.

Super friendly staff who helped with mosquito problem and wet floor in the shower. Great location near all the amenities and tourist attractions.

Oh joy, the sofa bed was not so comfy and the fridge was conveniently located for me to play a game of Tetris with my ice cream. How fun!
